DIPLOMAT INN, Niagara Falls – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel's location was convenient for everything we needed to see and close to an Indian restaurant next door and the main attractions, but it was a bit far to walk with kids to the falls. The service experience faced challenges with slow internet affecting reservation checks and payment processes, even leading to a request for payment again. However, the rooms had a comfortable bed, which was appreciated, but missing a Jacuzzi. The dining experience lacked variety but included assorted muffins. Overall, a good value for money stay.
